Yes! Appointments allow us to pair you with a dedicated stylist and suite who will guide you through our curated collection, giving you the personal styling experience in a private suite to try on gowns. If you are seeking a specific time that is not available on our scheduler, please call to inquire about our availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Similar to a salon or spa, we request a 24-hour notice for cancellations to allow us to fill the appointment slot for our suite . Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

For a stress-free experience, we suggest allowing 9-12 months if ordering a gown as production/shipping can take between 6 and 8 months.   Alterations can take from 3-5 months before your wedding.  If you're short on time to plan, we've got you covered with our off the rack collection.

Our bridal appointments are 2 hours in a private suite with 3-4 of your most supportive people.  For safety reasons, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing small children to your appointment. Please give us a call to make special accommodations. This appointment includes plenty of time to try on gowns, narrow down styles, and discover your YES dress without ever feeling rushed. The final 30 minutes of the appointment is dedicated to celebrating you “falling in love” with your dream dress.  Ask us about our “Close the Shop” Experience to bring more guests and have more time. 

Our gowns range from $1000–$3,000. If your budget is less than this, we also offer our Off The Rack collection, which features dresses at deeply discounted prices beginning at $800.

We believe every bride deserves to feel stunning. We have a wide range of sample sizes, from size 4 up to a size 28, in-store so you can confidently try on gowns that reflect your true beauty. Dresses can be ordered from size 0-30.

While we do offer in-house alterations, we also provide a list of trusted seamstresses in the surrounding area for you to use.
